Is there a faint line?

It would be very early as her period isn’t due for a few days. Possible faint line, she wanted to check as it is mother day!! I’m not so sure I can see anything, maybe half a faint line?... what’s do you think???

Can't see anything there. Sorry if that's not the answer you were hoping for.

howthelightgetsin · 11/03/2018 13:35

I see it!!

Melamine · 11/03/2018 13:35

I can see one! Not sure if it’s a shadow or a line but there’s definitely something there in the photo...

ncsunday · 11/03/2018 13:40

I never understand these posts, obviously there's a line. If we can see it over a blurry picture, you can of course see it IRL.

Congrats and all, I just can't fathom why this is necessary.

Thanks for the reply’s guys. The reason I ask is because a lot of people talk about E-vap lines. She has taken a more expensive test and this one looks a bit clearer??

A line is a line! Without a doubt a line on your clear blue test!

davejac · 11/03/2018 14:05

Thanks for the reply. She just took a more expensive test and it looks even clearer! ... just hope it’s not a e-vap line!

If the line came up within the time frame in the instructions, then I'd say it's positive! Congratulations! Grin

Mycatsarebetterthanyours · 11/03/2018 17:21

Looks like a positive to me! Congratulations!!

Also, I remember when I got my positive, looking back it was so clearly a positive but I just couldn't believe it so I bought a digital test and did that the next day as I felt I needed to see it in actual words to believe it. So I understand why you may want a second opinion Smile

davejac · 11/03/2018 19:36

Thanks guys! We went and bought a digital test. And as you can see from this photo it looks like she is pregnant in the early stages! Still can’t quite believe it. I will make sure I close the thread with an update once the doctor confirms with the result! 😃😃😃

Great news, Dave! Congrats again. Though she don't need to go to the doc; they don't confirm pregnancy. She'll just need to book a booking in appointment with the midwife at 8 weeks 😊

BrutusMcDogface · 11/03/2018 20:22

*she doesn't, not don't!

wonderlust101 · 11/03/2018 20:28

Awwww congratulations what an amazing Mother's Day!!! 💐

She doesn't need a doctor to confirm, Just ring GP reception and ask for the community midwifes number and they'll talk you through what'll happen!

Hope all works out well for you two 💐

davejac · 11/03/2018 20:31

OK great advice. The GP is open tomorrow so we will call them in the morning and get booked with the midwife. Thanks again.

Or self refer online if you're in an area which does that, which can be done when you reach 6 weeks pregnant. You'll then get an appointment between 8-10 weeks pregnant.

I found out my area did that by googling where I live, self refer maternity and it came up.

JessicaJones1 · 11/03/2018 21:46

She's pregnant for sure! Congratulations. : )

MrsStam9 · 11/03/2018 21:49

Congrats. I got my BFP today too and over the moon!! Had the faintest of lines this morning on a early detection test and bought a Tesco digital one this afternoon and a positive!!! I'm only 11 days PO so very early too. Best of luck for the next few anxious weeks!!

davejac · 13/03/2018 01:37

Congrats Mrs Stam! Yes, best of luck to you too!
