pink discharge with cramps 3-4 weeks

I have started to experience pinkish spotting and when wiping, a also have period like cramps and back pain, (but I normally suffer from back pain so not sure if irs anything to do with pregnancy) is this normal as I read pink discharge and bsck pain can be a miscarriage please help?

Hi i probably cant help a lot but didnt want to read and run. I'm having something similar and it seems the advice is wait and see or ring your GP / EPU. How are things going?

When did you miss your period? Or have you not missed it yet if you're 3-4 weeks?

Period was due last wednesday the pink spooting has gone and yesterday started bleeding heavy with bad cramps and now today no cramps but still bleeding quite heavy and passed quite a bit blood clot this morning
