Hi this is my 3rd Baby I'm 15 weeks and having stomach cramps and back aches .. it literally feels the same as my sons labour which I didn't know I was in labour at the time and had him in my doctor surgery within 15 minutes 
.. I'm not sure this is normal as I didt get these pains with my last two
