I got some proper salt beef from Morrisons deli counter to make some proper Reuben sandwiches for dinner, and then it occurred to me, can I eat it?

Salt beef is sal cured and cooked, but as it is from a deli counter is it ok?

Cooked is fine.

Avoid what's on the NHS avoid list and stop guessing what's safe.

Pate is defo a nono as not cooked.

Gonna be a long 9 months if you worry about it. ☺
