Extreme Travel Sickness?

Hello everyone, I took a short flight last night and am currently on holiday in Eastern Europe. I'm about 14 weeks pregnant and was told I was very low risk to fly and to enjoy my holiday.

We landed last night and after not having eaten much yesterday we went for a big meal which ended up making me sick (DP ate the same and was perfectly fine, we ate the same food from the same plate and drank the same all day from the same water bottle so I am unsure if I have food poisoning as he would surely too?). My food last night was a little spicy so I am wondering if it upset my tummy as well as the flight.

Last night I barely slept with extremely watery poo (sorry everyone) I was a little constipated yesterday so wondering if the flight jiggled everything round a bit? And I am frequently being sick, although that's turned to Just vomiting water.

I'm not sure what to do as the hospitals here aren't particularly amazing and there is a massive language barrier, and I'm not sure how to contact my midwife/NHS direct at home. I don't yet have a contact number for my midwife as ironically our first appointment is this week.

I'm back home on Monday and haven't been sick for a few hours now, just sipping water and very diluted apple juice, but my bum is on fire. There's no blood in anything.

Any advice please :( sorry for tmi 🙉🤢
