My last period was January 27 2018
I had unprotected sex February 9th and then again feb20th but took the Plan B pill feb 21. My positive pregnancy test came back on March4 and my ultrasound said I was 5 weeks and 3 days. The measurement of the sac matched that but couldn’t see a baby or heart beat. At 5weeks and 6 days today there is still no heart beat no visual of baby and a sac of fluid bigger than the sac. Could I be less than 6 weeks or could I be in the early stages of miscarriage?!?

Could be either but sounds imo like earlier as under 6 weeks it's not always possible to see HB or the little bean that is baby.

Did they suggest a scan later on in a few weeks?

Most EPU won't scan under 7 weeks for the above reasons.
