I've lost so much weight in this pregnancy

I was just shy of 13 stone when I got pregnant due to severe sickness since 4 weeks I'm now 11st 8lbs at 14 weeks. I've been to hospital once for dehydration but despite ketones in my urine and being told I was visibly dehydrated plus a thumping headache I was sent home with new tablets and told to drink more

Should I be worried by the weight loss or just embrace it?

My friend lost over 3 stone whilst she was pregnant and still gave birth to a healthy 8lb baby girl. The baby will always take what it needs, it's just you that looses out unfortunately.
Are you managing to keep fluids down? If not I would go back to GP or hospital.
