First post on here so hello to you all! :-)

I am 6weeks pregnant with my first baby and had some very light bleeding following a BM today. I've had very mild cramping/upset tummy on and off for the past two weeks as well. Went to GP today and he said to keep an eye on it over the next few days but it shouldn't be something to worry about for now. My booking in appointment is next week so can speak to midwife about it then too. I have been treated for a friable cervix caused by polyps in the past so have experienced this occasionally before. I know I should try not to worry about it but was just wondering if anyone else has been through a similar thing! thanks x

Hi! Yes first time poster as well!
I think it is normal in early pregnancy to have bleeding but you need to keep an eye on it like Drs said. I have had bleeding on and off and my Dr said same as yours to keep an eye and if it gets painful to let them know. Hope it all works out ok for you!
