You’ve probably just irritated your cervix a bit. This happened to me too. Your cervix is a lot more sensitive while you’re pregnant, so it’s not abnormal, and nothing to worry about if it stops quite quickly (prob by end of today) and doesn’t get any heavier.

It's pretty common and may turn brown over the next few hours.
Anything that irritates the area including straining during constipation can cause this.
