Advice says check with Dr but it'll only be on my hands! What d'you think? Fine?

Yes you'll be fine. Just wash hands well as I always end up getting it in my eyes by touching them Confused

Yeah it's fine, if super worried grab some gloves from Superdrug etc and then scrub hands with soap and salt to get the grease off.

Oh my gosh I'm 31 weeks and I've had dh put that on my back the last couple days it's the only thing that helps horrific shoulder pain. I had no idea you weren't supposed to use it 😨

@Shabeth I wouldn't worry, if it says Drs can ok it then it's ok. Perhaps just not excessively.
