Why have baby's movements become very painful

Because baby's taking up a lot more space inside you. Baby kicks your ribs and pushes outwards. I get sore up at the top of my bump with this.

I'm 31 weeks and I feel very bruised and sore and her movements make me jump sometimes because they are quite painful.
I had a 4D scan on Monday and the lovely lady said she's not surprised I'm in pain as baby is taking up every bit of space possible and my bump is literally all baby.

My baby has gone back to back and it corresponds with when movements became painful. Do you know which way your baby is laying or facing?

36+4 here and I know exactly what you mean!

Ouch! This baby is soooo much more wriggly than my first.

Half the time I don't feel the baby - I just get this sudden intense squeezing in my bladder as she boots it like a football!
