Headaches in second trimester

I am 22 weeks pregnant and all week have been getting headaches daily, they come on the same time everyday around lunch time and last until it gets dark outside. They hurt more if the sun shines in my face or if I bend forwards or down. Iv been taking paracetamol to help and it does work but the headache is still there when I move around. Any ideas?

Drink more. That's what I was told - and it did help.
Towards the end I was drinking almost 4 litres of water each day.

Sorry you're having headaches too. Same as @drinkyourmilk I've been told lots of water too. I am now constantly drinking water and then having to pee. But the headaches have eased off.

There was another thread on this last week, I am 21+2 and had bad headaches for the last 4/5 weeks. Paracetamol didn't touch them and I was getting by using 4head roll on. Drinking more wasn't helping.

Someone on the other thread mentioned drinking full fat caffeinated coke and it has actually worked for me! The first mon/tues/wed in over a month that I haven't had a headache so I am taking a can to work every day now.

@Nikki2ol6 hi there, I have pretty much had headaches (light sensitivity experienced also) since the beginning of my 2nd trimester which have tended to last weeks on end with no let up. I haven't bothered with paracetamol as it doesn't do anything for me; just kept drinking loads of water and have a daily nap which helped. I spoke to the doctor about it and she did the whole blood pressure and urine test for preeclampsia and everything was fine. She said they were migraine headaches related to hormones and not a lot to be done.
