2nd pregnancy help

Hi, I gave birth to my daughter 11 weeks ago and after she was born my DH and I decided we wanted another straight away. I tracked my ovulation and I got a positive test last week, and did the baby dance! But I was wondering do you get pregnancy symptoms if you get pregnant after giving birth

I mean, will I experience similar symptoms such as nausea, breast tenderness if I get pregnant again so quickly? I also want to add, that I haven’t yet had my first period after giving birth, and I haven’t breast fed either.

No experience but could pregnancy symptoms be heightened with being pregnant so soon? They say it takes your body 9 months to grow a baby and 9 months to recover.
