awwwww Flowers yes I am due on July 1st! Why are you so worried and frightened?
It is draining being pregnant. This is my second and ive really hated being pregnant both times. Sick and tired the whole time. Was more terrified with the first though.... this time im a little bit more calm.
Is there anything specific worrying you?

anotherchangetomyname · 07/03/2018 18:28

That sounds pretty normal! I felt constant worry/ fear/ anxiety when pregnant. It never went away! Then was replaced with a whole new set of worries when DS was born.

Though if it starts to get out of hand talk to your midwife.

@windchimesabotage
Congratulations firstly! 🤰🏻This is my first baby and I have anxiety and just convinced something is going to go wrong , I have awful problems with my kidneys and suspected kidney stone but there's no telling during pregnancy I'm due 14th and I think her movements also get me worried as she moves a lot some days and like today and yesterday she's hardly moved at all I think slightly people say movements at the moment are all over the place but my head is such a mess 😪

Yes that's me! FTM due 8th July!
Had a really bad time so far, even been sick again today which I haven't for over two weeks!
I just posted asking about movement, that seems to be my worry of the day!
Guess it's only natural that we worry 😘 x

Waterfountain97 · 07/03/2018 18:44

I guess there's just so much to worry about and so little we can do untill they are here it's hard to accept that everything is going to be okay & movements being reduced just don't help at all 😪 And I know if I call maternity unit they will say because I'm only 21 weeks 4 days they will say it's normal 😫

OP, I have kidney problems and have had 2 successful pregnancies. You will just be more carefully monitored and may be induced early to take the pressure off. Congratulations on your pregnancy Flowers

Waterfountain97 · 07/03/2018 18:55

@SandysMam
I'm scared they won't monitor it as they put me on antibiotics to treat 'kidney infection' even though my urine tested clear but wanted to rule that out and also said if stone is small enough it will pass and touch wood the pain has passed but I always have aches in my right kidney ( the one that has issues) and I just wake up everyday dredding the pain convincing myself it's going to harm my little girl so much worrying me and thankyou 💗

There is a thread of July 2018 babies if you have a search and want to join usSmile I think it's got about 350 comments currently and is the second thread.

The thing I've really struggled to get my head around is all the people that say 'pregnancy goes so fast'. It doesn't, it's the longest thing in the world!

lifechangesforever · 07/03/2018 19:01

I also haven't felt baby move once yet so that's a worry but I have an anterior placenta so just have to tell myself it's normal and it might actually be another month or so before I feel anything yet (I'm 21 weeks today).

Waterfountain97 · 07/03/2018 19:04

@lifechangesforever
That must be so hard to deal with I take my hat off to you honestly I couldn't cope if that was my case you will feel your baby move soon enough and it's the best feeling but once you feel that movement you focus on them so much 😫

And I would love to join how do I find it 🙈

I have anterior placenta and only just started to feel my baby move this last couple of weeks!
Im 23 weeks ish.
I still dont feel that much movement though.

Last pregnancy was much more worried because baby would be still for ages then move loads then be still again. But ive come to realise that that is pretty normal... sometimes they may be sleeping!!
So Im a bit less worried about movement this time around. As long as I feel some movement a couple of times each day then its okay.

CremeDeSudo · 07/03/2018 19:41

Me! Due 8th July. Second pg. It dragged last time and it's dragging this time. Well actually I had a few weeks that went quickly but now the spd and back pain has arrived it's dragging again. I'm anxious as mid way through a high risk pg this tome and depressed because I'm not enjoying it again and feel it guilty about it Sad

All I can say is eventually the time does pass and it is all worth it. I was told that first time round however and I know it doesn't help that much! This time I know how much I will love the tiny baby I'll get at the end of it and that helps Smile.

You're doing amazingly well, keep it up! Xx

lifechangesforever · 08/03/2018 15:29

Hmm no idea how you'd find it other than searching 'July 2018' Confused still figuring MN out!

It is hard but then there's nothing I can do about it so getting stressed isn't going to help me or her. 20 week scan was annoying when she didn't keep still the entire time and I couldn't feel a thing of it Grin

These past 2 days I've started feeling the 'bubbles' that people go on about but definitely nothing I could work a pattern out from or even say was 100% movement

Bluebirdsky · 08/03/2018 17:43

I am due the 1st of July and feel like it is going very slowly at the moment; hoping it speeds up again soon!
I think the July babies group is in the antenatal groups thread not this pregnancy one.

Bluebirdsky · 08/03/2018 17:44

Sorry it's in Ante-natal clubs

pumpkinbump · 08/03/2018 18:34

I'm due on 6th July, I try not to think about it because when I do I'm terrified. It still feels like it's not happening!

CherryVicky29 · 08/03/2018 20:31

I’m due July 12th with my first.I do feel like time is dragging and suffer anxiety myself, I have recently gone back to coaching myself that what happens to baby is out of my control and so far she is healthy. I know it’s hard, I have had some low points but to enjoy my pregnancy I’m instilling positivity in myself 🙂

In regards to movement as the sonographer said at my anomaly done at 21 weeks that baby is still very small and has a lot of room to move in there so don’t stress! Also i have an anterior placenta which acts as a cushion for some movements, do you know the position of yours could this be the reason maybe? 😊
