looks like your plug. Mine came away gradually from 31 weeks pregnant and was told it's not a cause for concern. It may go blood tinged.

I've been loosing my mucus plug since before 20 weeks, it grows back.
With you being 36 weeks though, it's definitely a sign something might be happening soon!

Thanks ladies I haven't been feeling well in myself these last few days been sleeping loads and having no energy
