Every. Little. Thing. wakes me up.

Last night I finally slept at 11pm, woke as 2.15am until 5.30am, then slept though 5 snooze cycles on my alarm and finally got up at 8.00am.

I’m exhausted. I need sleep. Any hints or tips?

I slept until 4am before needing a wee 🙂🙂🙂 I feel like a different person today! Not drinking is definitely the cure! Fingers crossed we sleep well now x

@MeadowHay you should tell your midwife about the itching or see your GP. There's a condition called OC that causes itching in pregnancy and it's worth getting checked out to be sure. Good luck.

@Nottakenusername and @somersetsoul, I’ve also had two nights!!!! I cannot believe it!!! Last night though I went to bed at 10 and woke up at midnight convinced it was alarm time. I felt so refreshed. Went downstairs, ate a hobnob and had a glass of milk and then slept for a straight 6 more hours!!!! I feel much better.

Here's hoping we all sleep again tonight 😀 And it's Saturday tomorrow, it used to be lie in day! At least I don't have to actually get up so early!

I’ve been sleeping much better... and feeling much better!

Ah, the holy grail that is the 2nd trimester!
