I thought in your second trimester you were supposed to get your energy back?
I’m 15weeks and I am permanently exhausted 😓😩 I can barely stay awake past 8:30/9pm at nights and during the day I’m so tired still.
Is this normal?!x

I was tired for 40 weeks. Sorry, not much help but it's true 😩

I wish I could say it goes but I'm 21weeks and still in bed by 9.30 and spend my days napping. I'm starting to think this pregnancy glow is a myth.

I felt better after 13 weeks then at 17 weeks i felt like id been hit by a train! Lasted a few weeks then passed again. 30 ish weeks was when i felt my best. Even now at 40+4 i feel like I've got a bit of energy back compared to being 38 weeks. Its very strange, just nap as much as you can and make the most of being lazy!

I'm the same (also 15+2) although do have M.E. as well. Struggle to get through work on the best of days and that was before being pregnant. Now i'm pregnant it's even worse. Plus an insensitive so and so for a manager.

I did get less consistently exhausted in my second trimester but definitely still have exhausted days and a nap is always a bonus. Currently 27+5 with twin boys.

Speak to your midwife about your thyroid and iron levels and try Spatone. It really worked for me.

I thought I'd avoided the tiredness this pregnancy then boom I hit 15 weeks and need a nap in the day and go to bed early 😓
