Is it normal for my morning sickness to have disappeared?

I'm only 4+3 and have had morning sickness for the past week or so. Feeling extremely nauseous and tired. The past couple of days, my boobs don't hurt anymore and my morning sickness has gone. I just have very sore nipples which I didn't have before. Is this normal? I've had mcs before and am terrified it is happening again... any experiences of this leading to a healthy pregnancy?

I’m 11+3 and my morning sickness completely vanished around 4 weeks too. I was DESPERATE to feel sick and panicked myself no end. Week 6 and bam it arrived with a vengeance!

I’m sure everything’s fine Flowers

My MS started around 3 weeks ago and stopped pretty much completely last week.

It did smack me in the face at the weekend though. Just because you don't have MS doesn't mean anything is wrong.

My boobs remind me of that every day. They're ridiculously sore, I feel like they're constantly throbbing in a morning.

Don't worry OP.
