33 weeks pregnant. Since Friday, I've had pains on the left side of my bottom cheek/top of my thigh - it feels like it's coming from my pelvis so I'm assuming I have pregnancy girdle pains (PGP)?
It wasn't too bad at first but since Sunday I've not been walking very well at all! Tried ringing midwife yesterday but the number is just my Drs and I couldn't get through at all. I have an appointment with her tomorrow though so I'm just waiting until then.
In the meantime, does anyone have any exercises or tips that will help ease the pain and enable me to walk a bit better!! TIA!
