Pelvic floor toners

Hi, i am currently pregnant but have been told to get started on my pelvic floor exercises already to help avoid issues in the future. I was just wondering what you found best for this as there are so many options. Is it more effective to do them with kegal balls, an electronic pelvic toner (although i'm not sure if you can use these in pregnancy), or no 'products' at all?

No products at all. Then you can do them at any time of the day to suit you. My DR recommended doing them in part of your daily routine e.g. while you are brushing your teeth so that you always remember to do them.

@anon135 you 100% don't need any 'products' at all. You know doing pelvic floor is simply just squeezing the same muscles you would when you need the toilet? so everyone can do these. I do them in the morning when i'm in bed having coffee and in bed at night when i'm reading/watching telly.

After pregnancy if you do a class they often do pelvic rises which are really good for your pelvic floor too so definitely consider this.

Good luck, and remember you can do them anytime anywhere Smile
