Anyone ever experienced this?

I had hcg levels done last week, they went from 187- 48 hours later - 197 - 48 hours later 205. Was basically told to expect mc but come back in a week to repeat bloods in case of ectopic etc. Had bloods taken today, they’ve shot up to 1010. Nurse isn’t sure what to make of it and is sending me for ultrasound tomorrow morning. In the past 24 hours I’ve had brown blood/discharge Any thoughts? I don’t even know what to think? Is there a chance all could be ok or am I kidding myself

How many dpo are you?
How many days between lastblood test and this one?

That level would be typical for (very) roughly a range of 18-26 dpo for a singleton pregnancy.

6 days between this one and last one, last period I’m unsure as I had miscarrage last month @kochabrising , well back in January but no period since then

Ok so six days, doubles roughly every 48 hrs, that’s
Day 0 -205
4- 410
6- 820

So on the doubling alone it’s not crazy high. Don’t forget that’s an ‘idealised’ doubling time and levels vary hugely. The hcg levels for twins can be higher but the ranges overlap with the Singleton ones.
