And only now (1 packet down) have I realised that on Jakemans sweets on the boots website, it says consult GP before using.

I’m worried sick but on the other hand my throat is unbearable without!

I've checked previously with a pharmacist and there are only a couple of brands of cough/ throat sweet that they think are ok.
I would check before you have more OP.

They aren't actually tested so it's personal choice - menthol is a 50/50 thing in pregnancy for some reason so maybe stick to honey and lemon ones or check with pharmacist.

Remember people didn't have these rules years ago so just relax.
