Just start taking them when you can. Some people don’t take any at all.

I didn't take any at all with my first, I ate really well and a lot of my food was high in folic acid. I started taking folic acid around 5 weeks with the others but after 12 weeks nothing

I never took any and have 3 dc.

Please try not to worry. Many people don't even know they're pregnant at this stage

I'm 29 weeks tomorrow and all I took was folic acid (and I didn't even take it every day) in the first 3 months. I haven't taken any 'prenatal' vitamins. I have an anxiety around swallowing tablets (I always fear I'm going to choke), and I eat a very healthy plant-based diet. You're very early into your pregnancy (a lot of people don't even know they're pregnant at that stage). The only thing I'd say is quite important is folic acid/folate in the first trimester!

I found out I was pregnant at 16 weeks and up until then hadn't been taking folic acid or vitamins as I didn't know :0 baby doing well and healthy (35 +3) :-) you should get most vitamins from what you eat anywho, I think folic acid is found in things like cereal! :-)
