Any tips on reducing this? As soon as I eat something (anything!), it begins. And gets worse throughout the day.
I had it badly with DC1, and up until recently (I'm now 22wks) I've found ginger supplements have been helping with DC2. I'm drinking plenty of water, getting plenty of fibre, drinking peppermint tea, drinking a glass of water with lemon first thing. Anything else I can do/try?
At best it's very uncomfortable, worst it's painful and means I can't be on my feet too long. My SPD/back pain isn't helping the situation
