Earlier in today when I was visiting family I was having lower abdominal cramps that would t go away and got worse when I coughed moved or tensed up etc they've since eased up and gone away they were agonising just nippy now I'm having annoying nippy pains in my left shoulder blade. Nothing absolutly agonising and no bleeding. Anyone else had this?

That sounds like trapped wind to me but do you have an early pregnancy unit you could contact?

Cramps, especially when you cough, are really common in pregnancy because your muscles are stretching and sore.

If you are genuinely worried about an ectopic pregnancy though, you need to call 111 and probably be sent to A&E.

Shoulder blade pain isn't a sign of ectopic, it's shoulder tip pain u need to worry about.
Sounds like wind
