Help hemorrhoids

I have agonising hemorrhoids. Been using anusol but not doing anything, will try to get some scheriprocht tomorrow but in the meantime is there anything I can do to relieve the pain?

I have felt your pain 😫 combined with a horrific cough too. I sent lucky old DH shopping and he came home with germoloids. A hot bath helped as did some paracetamol. In al honesty though it was a good few days until I felt a lot better

I had bad ones with DS and the only thing i found that helped was ice. I used to squat in the bath and place an ice cube on them.
