I know, I know so it will be when baby's ready..
But trying a few things surely won't hurt..
Just fed up.. Need something exciting to happen been ill with chest infection etc. And damaged ribs due to it... Which are still painful.
My sis had her baby last week and now he needs to meet his cousin, if she ever comes out! Lmao

Last week at mw the fundal height was small.. Again! And she said if was this time likely to induce as so close and will be bang on 40w at next appointment anyway, Rather than keep faffing with growth scans etc. And as exciting as it would be so to speak as easy to plan other childcare etc. I want it to happen naturally rather than induction.

Going for a long walk in a min.. As been a bit lazy feeling ill and the weather not helped to get out.

I had a really, really hot Madras and labour started a few hours later. Coincidence? Almost certainly, seeing as I was 40+4 so labour wasn't exactly a surprise but couldn't hurt!

I had a massage and did a yoga class on my due date and went into labour later, I also know two women who went into labour after pregnancy reflexology at the end. Fingers crossed for you!!x

I have tried everything. 5 days overdue, counting the stretch marks as they come up and just giving in to the general annoyance of my current state 😂

Tried hot food, x2 sweeps, sex, pumping/nipple stimulation, long walks, walking up the stairs sideways, squats, bounding on a ball and just screaming 'please get out' at it. Nothing.

Bring on the stretch marks. Book the induction date. I surrender baby-you Win!

Foot massage - google pressure points to bring on labour (they are usually inside of ankle and back of ankle). There are also pressure points on the excess skin in-between index finger and thumb.

A good hard shag, doggy style usually does the trick. Grin
