My period has gone weird, pregnant?

So, yesterday my “period” started. I got all the symptoms I normally get: sore breasts, cramping, diarrhoea. My period is usually very painful, but I just figured as I had bought a different painkiller to usual it had helped the pain. Also it’s normally very heavy, I woke up this morning to my pad having loads of brown blood and it’s pretty much just been brown all day, no fresh looking blood. It’s heavy just not as heavy as usual. It looks like what day 4 of my period would normally look like. Should I be worried? I had arc unprotected once, but this seems too heavy to be spotting. But I don’t know. Please help I’m quite worried 😭

I just wanted to add that I haven’t felt any different in the time coming up to my period if that’s relevant

No, totally got what you meant, but as someone who’s never had kids i thought I’d ask if my period sounds normal before I considered doing a test. I don’t really talk about periods and stuff so wasn’t sure what to do. But thanks for answering

Is it earlier than normal? This happened to me but on day 20 instead of day 25, as is usual. Was just old dark blood, no red blood. Red blood never arrived and I got my BFP on Wed.

Hope you get whatever outcome you're after. The only way to know is to test.

IT started on the day my period was due so I’m not really sure. Just gonna see what happens during the week and then take a test 😊

Probably just some leftover blood from the previous period, not unusual for me at all. Only thing that was strange for me was how early it was. Hope you're ok.
