Could this be some kind of pelvic girdle pain or sciatica? It hurts if I stand too long or walk up stairs and it only seems to be on one side at the moment... i’m seriously hoping I don’t have another 15 weeks of this! Sad

It’s probably a tight muscle. Try a glute stretch: sitting down, put left ankle on right thigh and gently press down on left knee to stretch left side, then repeat on other side.

Sciatica is usually a shooting pain down the leg and PGP usually a pain deep in the pelvis.

My sciatica starts in my lower back or bum on one side and travels down my leg. So it could be that. A hot bath can help if you're able to have one

Am getting this aswell. Sometimes both sides. And especially worse at night.

Sciatica, see an osteopath.

This is exactly how my sciatica started.

I have this a lot and it’s sciatica! It’s what I can only describe as a tooth ache pain in the bum cheek! Hope it goes soon for you xx
