If you do research into fertility awareness and your ovulation cycle, you might be able to work it out. I would recommend,end reading the book 'taking charge of your fertility'
Depending on factors such as what time in your ovulation cycle you conceived, you can make quite a well informed guess if it's a girl or a boy :)
