Still worrying after 12 week scan

So I’m still worrying after our 12 week scan..is this normal and does anyone have any advise on how to relax?
I’ve not really had any symptoms but now I’m nearly 12 weeks, the only symptom I had of being tired, has gone.
We had a great 12 week scan but now as I feel nothing and am not showing (I’m very petite so thought I would be!). Just a bit down and feel I’m wasting my pregnancy worrying :(

I'd enjoy it!

You've had the scan and baby is healthy and as it should be. Enjoy having no symptoms (honestly, if you had them you'd wish you didn't)!

I know it's hard. I worried constantly through my first pregnancy and felt sick before every scan. Even one I had at 30 weeks!

Thank you, guess I’m in a wierd limbo between first trimester and feeling kicks! I guess if no bleeds or cramps I should count myself lucky.! X

I spent my entire 2 pregnancies breathing a sigh of relief every time I went to the toilet and there wasn't blood in my pants!!

I had private healthcare and was having monthly scans, even that didn't ease the worry.

Sorry, not helpful!

There will be moments when you feel the baby kicking that you won't worry.

This isn’t helpful either but...welcome to parent hood!! It’s just one big fat worry from now on!! But the love outweighs it and the funny little things make it all worth while (plus hopefully someone to pick you out a nice care home Grin). Seriously though, there is no reason to think all is not ok, so try as hard as you can to relax, or even better, forget you are pregnant. Baby will soon be making itself known (and then you will worry about that, enough kicks, too many, it’s a mine field!!). Congratulations on your pregnancy Flowers
