I’m really freaking out. I’m 4w+3 and pregnant after a miscarriage 18 months ago. I’ve had really sore boobs over the past week but yesterday they disappeared. Today I think (although not incredibly sure) I’ve seen a little brown spotting when I wipe. I’m panicking so much, I couldn’t do it again. But I also may be totally overreacting. I’m sorry to vent, I just feel so lonely and wanted to talk to people who understand.

I'm not surprised your freaking out. However take a nice deep breath.....

At such an early stage in your pregnancy symptoms can come and go so that's normal. Also brown spotting does happen for some in the first trimester. If you are really concerned call your local labour ward or early pregnancy unit and see if you can be checked out to put your mind at rest

Thank you 😌 calmed down a little bit. I’ve tried to call the EPU but no answer. I’ll try again tomorrow x

I had some brown bleeding, then bright red spotting around 5 weeks. I had a scan and everything was fine, they put it down to implantation bleeding.
My ds is now 2 and a half!
If you are worried then please make sure you contact epu x
