Just curious as to age gaps between babies if you had a c-section? They say to leave it a year before trying but wondered if people tried before xx

There will be 3 years and 1 month between my 2, I’m 30 weeks pregnant at the moment. As broody as I’ve felt over the past few years I am glad I’ve left it a while to give myself the best chance of a vbac. I know the risk is small but I’m really worried about uterine rupture and even with an age gap like mine I am still experiencing pains in my scar.
But then I know people who’ve had sections close together and been fine too so you have to do what’s best for you
