Nausea or just gas?

So I'm 6+3. Having regular bouts of nausea, where I feel like I'm about to throw up...but then (apologies for the TMI) I just have burp. Then I feel OK for approximately 2 minutes and the cycle starts again.

I feel like I'm just imagining the nausea because I want pregnancy symptoms, anyone had similar?

Gas is also very common in pregnancy. I've not had much nausea but I'm very windy

I'm very windy and now have indigestion too. So now I'm playing the game of is it nausea, gas, hunger or indigestion? not fun.
