driving myself insane constantly thinking everything is wrong! So I'm 20 weeks 3 days so any liquid that comes out my lady garden stresses me out! Basically I went a wee then come back into my room and felt a flow/ small gush of warmness so I wiped and it was white sticky discharge (looked normal no odd colour just worried about the gush? Has this happen before to anyone

Hi there, that is very normal it’s just one of those annoying pregnancy things feeling like your wetting your self when all it is, is a puddle of discharge I wouldn’t worry seems very normal to me xxx good luck

This is happening to me every couple of days... Usually in the morning.... I use panty liners which helps...I was worried too but it's normal discharge, just annerving. I'm 22 weeks and started more at 20 weeks.... X

Hiya

Yup - my pet peeve about pregnancy is having the KY factory up the kazoo. Pantyliners can help but you get that weird feeling and need to run off to loo and check - then eyeroll when you see the discharge and try not to slide off the seat.

I keep having gushes, I get a few in a row and then it stops, can be any time of day. I'm 36 weeks though and keep worrying it's my waters. My discharge has been pretty mental throughout this whole pregnancy to be honest; colour, consistency, I think I've had it all. I've been wearing panty liners from about 9 weeks. Only thing ever found was thrush. The joys of pregnancy!
