Bump ache - 30 weeks

I'm 30 weeks today and for the last few days I've had quite bad aches and feeling uncomfortable in my Bump.
It's my 2nd pregnancy but I don't remember it with my first one! I had a lot of pelvic pain with my first which is also starting now.
Is this just normal aches and pains? It's mainly across the top.
I'm seeing the midwife next week so will mention it to her.

Could it be Braxton Hicks contractions?

I think if you are concerned you could ring 111 and see whether they think you should be seen, or talk to someone or ring your GP if they have a system where an on-call doctor can call you at home to assess you.

If it's just mild twinges then fine but if you are really quite achey and uncomfortable I would seek advice. It is probably nothing but you'll have a stressful few days waiting to see your midwife otherwise.

I've had quite a lot of pains especially from 25 weeks onwards. I'm now 33 weeks and its even starting to keep me awake at night. Sometimes it feels like a stitch but in my bump, sometimes it feels like bad period pains and other times it's just uncomfortable all over bump! It can last from just a few minutes to 4-5 hours. I've mentioned it a few times to various midwives and I always get the same reposes "it's normal".

It used to be worse after exercising, even just a gentle walk or swim would bring it on but now it's totally random and becoming more often the bigger Im getting.

Obviously if you're worried though call your midwife.

I don't think it's braxton hicks as it's most of the time. It feels like I'm bruised and sore.
But my midwife did say last week that baby is very compact in there and the movements are quite painful and make me jump. My bumps quite low as well so I think it's just stretching my skin!
I'm at the hospital on Thursday to see my consultant so I'll mention it then to them!

I’m the same and only 25 weeks. I feel bruised. I called mau and was told it sounds normal and only a concern if regular contractions or waters go
