It is a sign of pregnancy, but it is also just a hormonal sign. My nipples do that at certain times of my cycle, and I cannot get pregnant (DH sterilised).

Have you had unprotected sex, is your period late etc?

Get a pregnancy test. No one on the internet can divine the answer for you sadly.
