My feet are killing. Please help

12weeks pregnant, 4th pregnancy.
My feet are killing to the point I cant walk.
It really bloody hurts.

Any tips of how to make it a littlw better?

Its mainly the heel of my feet. Worse on my right foot.

Hiya, is it the whole heel of your foot or just the end?

Whole foot pain would be something like Plantar but heel of foot would be uneven gait (we've all been there) and when i had it the edges of my foot were agony.

have you tried a warm footbath with salt?

no chance of a wart/verucca etc on the heel?

In the mornings (guessing from not being mobile) its full foot but the agony is heel.

Currently tiptoeing around the house when it gets bad. Ive tried hot and cold to help but it doesn't 😥

Well it could be plantar fasciitis as it's common after second pregnancy and normally stretches whole ligament in foot but I remember my heels being agony due to the foot flattening out.

Grab a can and roll your foot with it to help muscle and see your GP if getting worse as physio can help
