30 weeks and recently started experiencing awful sinus pain every evening. I get a horrible headache and blocked nose. Anyone else feel the same? I don’t think I’ve got a virus as it only comes on around 7pm (feel fine in the day and clears as soon as I’m up and about in the morning). Wondering if it is a third trimester issue others have too??!
