Every night for the last four or five nights, I've been having these long, involved, sexy dreams that are so intense they even start back up when I lay back down after peeing a million times a night. What's more, I remember the same thing happening at the same time in my first pregnancy!
Weirdest part, for me: Usually, all my sex dreams are about my husband (he is bar none the most fabulous sex partner I've ever had, so it kinda makes sense). But this week, they've each been about different men -- one I had a crush on at work a long time ago, one who was an amalgam of guys I knew in high school but all grown up, and one who was a friend of a friend, plus ones I can't quite remember now. None of them are people I've actually slept with.
Each of the dreams involves a lot of "will we or won't we" in very sexy ways, delay of first kisses, the kind of trembly anticipation and excitement you feel in a teenage relationship more than adult ones. It's a very heady feeling, and I wake up every morning feeling a bit guilty for these little excursions into fantasyland, since they're so intense!
Anyone else have this happen? I thought maybe it was because I wasn't having as much sex as usual, but it seems to still be happening even if I've had passionate and satisfying sex the night before. Could it just be blood flow to the whole pelvic region causing this? Is it some sort of bizarre transferrence of anticipation and emotion regarding the upcoming new arrival?
