16 week appointment at 18 weeks

Hi ladies,
Just wondering, my midwife booked me in for my 16 week appointment, where we thought I’d be 17 weeks. However; after my dating scan it will make me 18 weeks. Will this be ok? I want to ring them to change it but highly doubt they will be able to as they’re so busy. Just sad it’s an extra 2 weeks wait from when I should be seen and only 2 weeks wait from then to my 20 weeks scan :(

It's fine. They dont really do much at that appt tbh. Mine listened to the heart beat, but that seems unusual from other people I here who say that isn't standard. Gave urine sample and measured blood pressure. Out the door in 10! It won't matter how many weeks you are...

It's fine. Like the above poster said, apart from a urine sample and general check up they don't do much in this appointment unless you need to discuss screening test outcomes etc.

As above. Not a problem at all.

Thank you :) I’m just a worrier and more time in between appointments makes me worse! X
