Has anyone else check their cervix week before period is due to see where its sitting at.. Mines is still really high up and got white/clear discharge. I have read up saying it goes low after ovulation till you get periods but if conceived it remains high up that u can't find it and that's what I am at. I last had my period 21st December I took test yesterday but was negative but I'm not due my period till a week today. So do you think I should try at weekend or wait till day before my period or wait till on the day.

Hi x I'm 6 weeks pregnant , Im just needing advice please , I started having pinky discharge , then brownish, then red blood , no cramping or pain , it's been on and off, spoke to 2 doctors , my own and an out of hours doctor , one said could be threatened miscarriage and rest , the other said could be implantation and it's common to bleed, in early pregnancy , now I don't know what to think , any advice appreciated please

I’m new to this platform and this is my first post. I’m after some friendly opinions on what I’m going through at the moment.

So my partner and I have decided we want to try for a baby. We don’t have any children and I have never been pregnant before so I have no idea what to look out for and so on. My ovulation day was the 27th so we had intercourse and since then I have had weird sensations going on in what seems to be my womb. The first day I didn’t really feel much, but the days that have followed I have had almost like a pulling/stretching feeling in my lower abdomen area, and I have loads of white, thick discharge (not thrush - I’m 100% sure of that), and now and again I feel sicky but it only lasts a few seconds and then goes.
I know I probably sound crazy as it’s only been a few days since we had intercourse, but could this be early pregnancy signs? My period isn’t due for another 10 days. I keep going from “I must be pregnant” to “no I can’t be... I don’t have sore boobs” etc.

Any opinions welcome, I might sound naive, and it’s probably because I am... new to all this. Thanks everyone x

Hey @Kahug I would recommend starting your own thread in the "conception" boards.

It's not possible to show pregnancy symptoms that early - the egg wouldn't have implanted. As the saying goes "if you are pregnant enough for symptoms you are pregnant enough to test positive"!

The conception boards have loads of info on how to get pregnant, when to have sex, how to track ovulation etc etc. Best of luck!
