Suspected kidney stones during pregnancy

I have been in hospital today with what I can describe the worst pain of my life. The pain that is coming from my right kidney is unbearable! But they said they can't detect any as I'm pregnant and ct scan is dangerous( I'm aware) what do I do I'm only 5 months and I don't want to loose my baby 😪

I had this exact situation last week at 22wks, i truly understand how you feel, they managed to do a couple of US on me and thankfully the stone passed within the next couple of days but the worry and pain was awful!
I was allowed a very small dose of oramorph every 4hrs but it didn't really touch the pain,
