I'm having bad period pains

I gave birth to dd last april. Ds is due very late next month. I'm currently 35 weeks almost and having the worst period pains. I think I've done too much physically today but it's more in my back. I'm scared :(

35 weeks isnt to bad at all.. Dont be scared, is anyone with you?

Are you feeling him move as normal?

I'd call your MAU and see what they say. They might want you in to check you over.

It's stopped now, been feeling him move the same amount but I do have my partner with me. Thank you all x
