Giving birth with SPD/PGP

Ive been suffering with this since 25 weeks pregnant.
Was wondering if anyone else on here currently has or had this?
What was it like giving birth? Ive opted for a water birth and would like to know what its like. Any stories? Cant wait meet LO. 39+6 weeks today so not long and having some signs :)

Hi, I had this and unfortunately had issues with it during birth so they decided I was high risk and wouldn't let me in the pool. Hopefully your midwives will still let you as I really think it would have actually helped! It disappeared as soon as I had my dd though and its so nice to be able to walk around without pain now. I wish you the best with your new arrival : )

As long as you can get in and out of the pool yourself then you are safe for the pool I would say.
