Nuchal scan

Anyone had one at 11+6? My scan is booked for then just wondering they'll be able to get everything they need xx

Yes that’s perfect timing. They usually do bloods before so they can give you as result on the day.
They will measure the NT several times and plug all those numbers into the algorithm - then you will get your risk fa for back 👍

Oh fab!! Cos last time I got a letter had to wait couple of weeks xx

I had my scan at 12 weeks but minion wasn't cooperating so had the blood test done yesterday.
They don't tell us anymore so we have to wait til next midwife appointment for results. (22 weeks)

Check with midwife or scanner as not all hospitals will tell you there and then and you may need to wait.
