Hi there.
Symptoms can come and go. And some people don't get any at all.
My sickness started at 6wks wks. It got bad couple of wks ago as couldn't keep anything down and now on antisickness tablets. I am 12wks +1. So I wouldn't worry too much.
You could be one of the lucky ones and have no symptoms.

I think everyone experiences things slightly differently. Try not to worry. I know it’s easier said than done 💐
I can’t remember what stage you get your first scan or see midwife could you contact a midwife for advice or reassurance?
I had tender boobs early on, couldn’t stop weeing and had a slightly strange metallic taste in my mouth. Later on I felt sick but wasn’t sick but this happened at various times throughout the day not just mornings. Having a rich tea biscuit helped with this.
Take care

Try not to stress over symptoms too much OP they come and go and as previously said, for some they never come. I didn’t have sickness just sore boobs and then at 14 weeks I started leaking colostrum that carried on every night until she was born. My sister had no other symptoms at all other than throwing up everything that she ate and sometimes just throwing up at the smell of something - we are all different and react differently to hormone changes. It’s early days and you won’t get your first scan for another 6 weeks but you should have a midwife now to speak with although unfortunately she won’t be able to check baby for heartbeat yet as it can’t be heard until at least 7/8 weeks. Try and be as calm as possible. Good luck.

  • also just to add my first pregnancy was unfortunately a mmc, I don’t want to scare you at all but the only sign that my body gave me of this happening (I didn’t notice at the time it was linked because no one ever told me enough about mmc) the smell of my umm.. underwear wasn’t very pleasant but the rest of my body was still convinced something was happening when it wasn’t so... keep a check on that side of things for consistency and smell. If it’s white/clear with an amonic or ‘normal for you’ smell then that’s a good sign... if it’s not those things and you start to notice it then give your mw a call. I really hope it’s nothing to worry about and all is well. x
