Preparing the body for pregnancy

Looking for advice from experienced women.

I plan to ttc in the summer and want to prepare my body the best I can and carry on the exercise during the pregnancy. Currently I am doing contact sport (martial arts) and know I will have to stop it as soon as I get pregnant. I am also running but had problems with pelvic floor after my first pregnancy and apparently, running isn't recommended as it puts a strain on this area. So that's out as well. I did loads of swimming in the evenings during the first pregnancy but it's going to be impossible now, with a toddler and working full time. I thought about starting gentle weight training now and continue until birth but is there anything more exciting out there? Yoga will be problematic as I had spd previously and so couldn't/won't be able to do many of the positions.

Can anyone recommend anything that worked for them? I was really fit during my previous pregnancy and want to do it again as I feel it really helped with my labour!
