Shooting pain in lower back/bum

I'm 25 weeks pregnant and I keep getting a shooting pain in my back and bottom its like a shock! Has anyone had this it really hurts when it happens 😣🙈

Not this as such, but chronic coccyx pain from sitting at work (shooting when I stand up or sit down) and mega sore hips at night... hope it passes xx

Hi, yeah I had that in pregnancy and out with- hurts like a massive electric shock and then goes away.

I broke my tail bone in half when I was younger so always have an ache but the "arsedaggers" as I call them can be helped by going to a maternity physio who will advise what's best to do.

A pillow at your spine will help too
