has anyone ordered anything from this website in the past? i ordered nearly 3 weeks ago and they have taken my money, but i haven't recieved my stuff yet! their phone number doesn't work and they dont answer my emails. i am starting to worry

yeah, I ordered some stuff about 2 weeks ago and they have taken my money, but I haven't had the items yet, on their website the order tracking shows in process, I haven't tried ringing them though

mistresstara - doesn't look good for us then! did you spend much? i have tried to contct them via their ebay shop, but doubt if i will hear anything!

anyone who is interested...i had an email from the woman who runs the site and apparently she had a family death and had to fly to america suddenly so will deal with all orders when she returns! phew!

I haven't had the goods yet either, but she did send me an email, asking me to check at the sorting office! think I'm being fobbed off, will check there tomoro, if nothing then will ask bank to get a refund, have you looked on her ebay id? there is mixed feedback about her goods and service

mistresstara - i did look at her ebay thing yes. some of the comments aren't good are they?!
and i googled the website name and it came up with a chat thread on moneyexperts where loads of people had been ripped off by her! not looking good really is it! i am more annoyed at not getting the clothes than losing the money! i ordered some lovely cargo trousers and some NICE maternity knickers! BUGGER!

her website was bump2babe and i googled 'bump2babe ebay' and came up with her. i did read somewhere that she might have closed her ebay shop though. not looking hopeful!

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!

i have just sent a really stroppy email to 3 different addresses, it is about the tenth email i ahve sent now!

then.......the doorbell rang and i have a parcel!.....................it was all my stuff apart from a bellyband!

i am so chuffed! i know i shouldn't be really cos it has taken 9 weeks to get here, but hurray! at least i have got some of it and not completely wasted my money!!! going to try it all on now!!!

Yeah I've just got home to find my dress on the side! Well, hopefully, everyone else will get their stuff too and she realises just how much this whole shambles is going to cost her in future custom!!

Some people don't understand the meaning of customer service LOL

Good luck to the rest of you, keep hassling her, it may be getting through!!

I still haven't had my order, the money was taken on 17/04, she replied to my email asking me to check with the sorting office, fob off I think! so I sent a reply demanding a refund, which I haven't had, so I have sent another email today saying I 've spoken to trading standards about her! and she had better refund within 7 days or my solicitor will be contacting her! so I had better get a refund!

what a bizarre person 'youstink' is?! Must run the company. I ordered something from them months ago and it took forever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Did finally get it when I'd about given up and thought I'd been diddled!

if youstink works for them, then would be better to actually take this feedback on board and do something about this apparently awful 'service'

and when the baby arrives , and the things you've ordered haven;t arrived, then i think people will be doubly ticked off
